Great starter stratMay 22, 2011

Purchased for my daughter (teen)! She is starting with this as first guitar... She wanted a great rock sound -- instructor teaches guitar at a local state university. He brings his Mustang to class, but like her Axl and stated is is working out well! He did a few tweeks and put on better strings and away she went! She is currently working on All the Mad Men by Bowie!
As for the guitar -- generally hold tuning well -- has all the options of the strat and an amazing finish for thr $$$$!
