I have had this for some time now and it has not given me any real problems. It's very sturdy and goes way up high 12'. If the little bracket arms get in your way, you can adjust them to your liking most of the time.

I received this product this week and began to hang my mobile DJ lights onto it. It seems to hold them rather well. There seems to be a little give in the bottom arms when weight is applied to them. You can fix this by adjusting the support arms in the right spot. I guess my only concern is the plastic clamps that are used to attach the arms to the main pole, but I mine have held up so far.

I was very pleased with how sturdy this light stand was, it is for sure worth the money.. I was a little dissapointed with how it was packaged though, it did have a few small dings and dents in the tubing on the base of the stand, but I guess I can live with that. I really have no complaints other than that, I just feel they could have put a little more protection around it for shipping.

i am a new dj coming out from portland so i needed a stand for my lights so i decided to buy this great product made by american dj the best brand for dj lights and equipment. i just want to say that this product was one of the best that i have ever purchase online because when i got it and i saw it. it was more than what i expected because its strong and tall it goes up to 12 feet and your lights are secure
