Just what I needed for gigs!Apr 25, 2008
By Stage Guy This was something that I picked up to simplify my set-up time on stage. And it really does the trick. Its well put together and keeps me from having another piece of gear to trip over on stage. A great idea for any acoustic act. I'll probably use it in my studio as well!

Great Multi-taskerSep 21, 2009
By Mark Karell One less thing to carry! I'm all about portability on a gig and the Farley StagePlayer Guitar Stand Stool provides a pretty comfortable stool and a stable guitar stand. Holds my archtop, no problem. Using now for several months and is holding up well. Only minor drawback is that the fold-out stand arms have loosened up and are beginning to flop open when carrying closed stool.

Great solution for guitar playersApr 14, 2010
By Gabriel Castro This product is great for guitar players who want to have freedom of movement while playing either acoustic or electric guitar. While playing on a live performance the guitar stands at the bottom are folded upwards and out of the way. Also when recording on the studio this chair allows me to move anyway I want without the limitation of regular chairs. Great product.

Does What It Was Designed To DoMar 03, 2011

The stool is very light, yet strong enuf to hold my 220lbs. Equally nice is that it doesn't add to the mix with any kind of squeaking or rattling. The on-front guitar stand is what really sold me. One less piece of gear to haul into and out of a gig.
collaplseApr 19, 2012
By guitarmike To Whom.... I've used this stool for about a year now and it has worked well. My gripes are.. the guitar holding arms loosen up and always get in the way. On my last gig I was sitting with my guitar and all of a sudden I began to drift to the left. Before I knew it I was on the floor. The stool had collapsed, fortunately, slowly. I managed to hold on to my guitar and not crash into any equipment. If I'd have fallen to the right I would have taken out my PA. I did reinjure my shoulder however. Great idea but BEEF IT UP! Mike
