Learned how to play on this guitarMay 07, 2006

This guitar is perfect for learning! Its not put together all cheap either, its a real guitar. It does tend to go out of tune pretty fast, maybe within a day, but that makes it good for learning how to tune, I was an ace at that before long. Its a good guitar for learning and has gorgeous sound for something as inexpensive as it is.

My first guitarSep 19, 2011
By Maddie This guitar is perfect for me as a first guitar. I like the size of it because its small and easy to learn on. The sound is great too. I spend at least an hour a day practicing. It's definitely one of my favorite purchases.
Small, not full sized, never mentioned thatMar 24, 2012

Student guitar to me, some one who doesnt really know any thing about guitars but likes the sound of them, just means cheaper quality materials and wood and what not. Not smaller size. Sounds off in the tune as well. I'm going to try with nylon strings but steel core is not for this guitar. I wish I put more effort in finding a good cheap guitar, this is not it.
The color is good though & it will be prefect for some one who's never played guitar to get used to tuning and fretting, but if you know how to hold one, tune and strum, then you want a better guitar.
Quality for the priceJan 29, 2012

I bought this for my granddaughter. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of construction, as well as the nice sound, because of the inexpensive price. The only complaint I have is that it is a full-sized guitar, in my opinion, and I had thought it was smaller.
Great Guitar at a Great Price!Nov 26, 2011
By cjmfebruary I purchased this guitar to aid me in learning how to play. I have no real experience playing a guitar but I feel that this guitar will be easy for me to learn on. It is a quality guitar at a cheap price. It is also a very beautiful guitar. I can't wait to be able to play some songs on it once I learn. It has a good sound and feel when holding it to play. If you are learning to play a guitar or even if you are an experienced guitar player, I highly recommend this Johnson acoustic guitar. It is an excellent buy!
