By Peter Banks I just got this yesterday and I love it!. I already play the Irish Whistle so this instrument was really easy for me to pick up. I'm pretty sure the reed isn't the best quality, but it works for me. I wouldn't recommend this to a complete beginner to music unless you are getting a book with it because it comes with no instruction, but it's easy to find fingering charts on the internet, which worked for me. All in all I really like it, it seems to be good quality(but I'm completely new to bagpipes/practice chanters, so maybe I don't know)
