Con: It chirps. (The pitch may be similar to other clip-on metronomes like the Seiko DM 50 or the Dr. Beat DB 30.)
Pro: It can subdivide the beat into eighths, triplets, sixteenths, an eighth and two sixteenths, a dotted eighth and a sixteenth, and two sixteenths and an eighth.

The beat, "PITCH," is too high. really irritating. I bought this because it was inexpensive but I guess you get what you pay for. I don't recommend this unit.

i purchased this to help keep pace while running. it works great and does help keep my pace where it should be - but - the sound is obnoxious chirping. too high pitched fo my ears. if you can take the sound - it certainly works great.
